The restaurant’s buffet format is appreciated for allowing guests to choose from a variety of well-prepared, traditional offerings. Accessibility concerns have been noted regarding the gravel parking area and limited maneuvering space inside, which may impact guests with mobility challenges. Overall, McKinley Orchards is regarded as a hidden gem, valued for its flavorful food, reasonable pricing, and a welcoming, family-run environment that invites repeat visits.
This was my first time eating here and the food was delicious. When I was looking at my plate of food, it reminded me of a Thanksgiving meal. I'm in a power wheelchair and the small gravel in the parking lot caused it to burry itself. Inside, there was little room to maneuver around but the food was great.
This is a place I’m reluctant to rate, it’s so good I don’t want everyone showing up there! The fried chicken here is pan fried and seasoned perfectly. The ham balls are amazing. Their fruit salad, pasta salad, tomato salad.....it’s just better than anywhere! That fried chicken though, it’s my favorite. It’s a buffet of all you can eat, but the best part is you walk through and pick what you want and they put it on a plate. It is just so much better than wondering who has been touching all the utensils in a buffet line and where their fingers have been! Don’t forget the homemade pie and the rolls with real butter. ( no margarine or fake butter spread) GREAT JOB McKinley’s! I’ve ate here numerous times and have never been disappointed.
The best home cooked meal you can buy! EVERYTHING is homemade. Country fried chicken, homemade chicken drippin gravy, homemade mashed potatoes, homemade noodles, fresh local grown vegetables, and the most amazing homemade pies you will ever have, with a buttery, crispy, flakey crust. The best scratch made dinner roll that you can make a meal of in itself. This family run restaurant is like Sunday dinners at grandmas. From the mis-matched tables and chairs to the rustic, homey, cozy decor, and that warm feeling of family you get when you are greeted by Mrs. McKinley, it's by far my absolute favorite restaurant I have ever been to! Reservations highly recommended, as they are only open on Saturdays 4pm-8pm and closed in the winter months. 20pp Cafeteria Style AYCE Buffet Please tip generously, as this restaurant is a rare gem, and they deserve it! ***Cash Only***

A very family oriented place, service is prompt and employees very help and friendly. The main lady is as sweet as honey so kind and easy to talk to you feel as if you've known her forever. The food is out of this world all homemade and fresh. This is my new favorite place. I have to travel an hour or so to get there but it is definitely worth it.
BEST place to eat!! The food is just like grandma's home cooking. Sweet tea was just like grandma's!! Very clean!! The owner is the sweetest lady ever. She came up to our table and spoke with us and invited us back. This place is definitely a 10/10
Came down to visit family and they took us here. The food was delicious and everyone that served you was very friendly. The owner and her daughter (the cook) came by to check on us.
